Reward is a good motivation to get people committed to a work. It is just to reward people for their labor, and God, being just, does not send his workers away without paying them for their service to him in the preaching of the gospel.

There are Christians who think that the things they do for the Father do not attract payments from him. They work for God with the mindset of a volunteer. There are no volunteers in the Father’s business. Everyone in the business of the Father is gainfully employed, and they have daily payments for their service.

Getting men saved through the preaching of the gospel is the business of the Father, and every laborer gets a fat pay for his service to the Father.
